Delivery:
Within the first 2 weeks after payment, we guarantee 95-100% deliverability during the warmup measured by the warmup scores (mainly as a final score at the 2 weeks mark) After that, we can’t guarantee it as your behaviour has an impact on it.

You may run into issues with delivery for reasons outside our control (I.E you end up on a blacklist, get reported as spam, fall for a spamtrap, etc..) in which case, you do not fall under any guarantee and any warranties or guarantees given are void

Refunds:
No refunds are given under any circumstances, however, under very certain cases you may be eligible for "free" inboxes under Slicey's discretion. We won't share any specifics as there are many different criteria

Regarding "unlimited" usage in our service, we automatically rate limit and may temporarily restrict or slow usage when necessary to maintain quality of service for all customers. If we determine your usage of services differs from normal user behavior, is deemed to be spam or malicious activity by our team, or for any other reason under our sole discretion – then we may restrict or slow usage. We may or may not notify you in advance of restrictions already imposed or that will be imposed on your account and the service in general.

Fair usage:
By using Slicey's services, you agree not to use our services for (including and not limited to) spam, malicious activities, crime, malware spread, scamming, material that has the power to cause harm, NSFW material, or any content that violates copyright laws.

If a user is found violating these terms (I.E spam - we monitor spam reports regularly) you may be banned from ever using our services, and in such cases, no refunds can be given

Customer results are not atypical, and are not a guarantee of reflection of what your results may be. One customer might have 99% delivery, while the other 70%. many are because of factors we cannot control.

We're not responsible for monitoring your blacklists, or ensuring you avoid spam-traps.

E.G We're not liable for any warmup errors or traps in your email lists that led to you ending up in blacklist, or any email provider's internal blacklists (I.E Google/Outlook/Yahoo and more)
